SMOTY winners have been from all industries and included show managers just starting out with small shows to those in the twilight of their career.”
Criteria for the SMOTY awards include innovative practices, customer service, commitment to success and the ability to overcome obstacles. All nominees are judged by an independent panel of industry notables. This award is open to any show manager in the industry and there is no cost to nominate someone.
